Client ad account got disabled last week. No warning, never had single ad rejected, spending normal since 11 months. BM is fine, only ad account is dead.

Requested review, got rejection in 4 minutes, so obviously nobody looked at anything.

For ppl who actually recovered account and not just opened new one, what worked? Live chat trough another BM you own, or just appealing few times until you hit real person? And is business verification safe to try or it can make things worse?

Client is furniture store btw, nothing grey at all, thats what annoying me most.

A 4-minute rejection usually feels like an automated review rather than a manual one. If everything is genuinely compliant, I'd check the account for any billing, policy, or verification issues and then try reaching support through Business Manager instead of repeatedly submitting the same appeal. Multiple identical appeals rarely seem to change the outcome.

Which advertising platform are you using your account on? Could you be more specific? Because each platform has different violation policies. For example, Facebook Meta can randomly scan and issue very unfounded warnings, and recovering an account is often very difficult.

The frustrating part is that account history and good spending records don’t always prevent automated restrictions. I’ve had cases where the first appeals failed but a later review with clearer business information helped. Patience and consistency are important because repeated random appeals usually don’t help.

which app you are talking about?

That 4-minute rejection is definitely an automated bot filter—super frustrating when it's a completely clean furniture store!

To answer your question: reaching out via Live Chat through another active BM is your best bet to get a real human review, though it can still be hit-or-miss depending on the rep.

If support stays stuck, a lot of whitehat e-com teams move clients like this to agency accounts. You get lower fees, priority support, and balance protection so your client’s budget isn't trapped while you fight Meta.
Feel free to shoot me a DM if you want to brainstorm or need help with setups. Hope you get it sorted!
