Every time i launch a new campaign on Bing for a heath offer, it goes into manual review and gets rejected to for "Malicious content," even though my bridge page is clean
Are you guys using aged bing accounts or is there a specific way to structure the bridge page to look more " corporate" and pass the review?

To pass manual reviews, you need to make the page look like a real brand by adding a professional header, footer, and proper legal links like privacy policy and contact pages. Including high-quality images and actual editorial content instead of just a big call-to-action button also helps lower the "thin content" or "malicious" flags during the inspection.

On bing platform, even if your product itself is not considered “black-hat,” your ads can still be rejected or even lead to account suspension if the landing page does not fully comply with Microsoft policies.

Regarding your question, we recommend improving your page by adding essential elements such as Privacy Policy, Contact Us section (must include an email address), and most importantly, avoiding any misleading or non-functional buttons (e.g., fake or unclickable buttons).
Hope this helps you.

Malicious content on bing health is rarely about the bridge itself. From what I have seen two things can trigger it more than page structure:

1) payment side: MS risk-scores the BIN before content review even starts. Certain virtual/prepaid BINs have bad chargeback history on health and route you into manual every time. Billing country needs to match your ad account GEO

2) account warm-up: aged accounts work because of spend history on neutral verticals, not age itself.

yeah i don’t think aged accounts are the main issue and also bing checks your domain page and offer and try making the bridge page look more like a real business site with basic info contact page and no big health claims.

i think aged accounts may help sometimes but i think the main focus should be on the page quality or compliance and trust signals because health offers usually get reviewed more strictly.
