1. MCP: use Claude or ChatGPT as an operating layer for your agency

MCP (Model Context Protocol) connects AI tools to live AgencyKey data and permitted CRM actions. Instead of exporting CSV files, assembling reports by hand, or clicking through multiple sections, an owner or manager can describe the required result in normal language.

This is not just a chatbot that answers generic questions. Through AgencyKey, AI can inspect the relevant CRM data, combine it across modules, perform permitted actions, and return a result tailored to your agency. Existing role and data-scope permissions still apply.

What this enables in practice

• Audit chatter shifts — combine the shift schedule, chatter attribution, PPV activity, fan conversations, and sender KPIs into one report. Filter to the selected chatter and UTC shift window, exclude automated bumps and mass messages, calculate open rate and response timing, and show dialogue excerpts that break your Tone of Voice rules.
• Compare individual and team performance — review several shifts over a period, compare chatters, and identify where sales, response time, or conversation quality changed.
• Build and maintain scripts and flows — upload scripts in batches, create SCRIPT and CONDITIONAL steps, add tags and chatter notes, reorder content, and replace outdated systems without rebuilding everything manually.
• Manage recurring shifts — create or edit schedules for a period, rebuild future occurrences, and include team members from nested groups.
• Create useful fan segments — count Smart List audiences without exports, retrieve the right fans for a task, and give chatters a working list with direct links to each conversation.
• Analyze funnels and cohorts — measure journeys such as subscription → first fan reply, find where personal handling was replaced by a mass message, and identify paying fans missed by manual lists.
• Study revenue and winning conversations — find top spenders for a period, attribute revenue to chatters, read the complete dialogue behind a strong sale, and turn the sequence into training material.

• AI Recon — analyzes a fan's conversations with connected creators and builds a practical profile: interests, communication style, buyer type, approaches that worked, and buying-intent signals. The data scope can be limited to your agency or expanded across AgencyKey, depending on your settings.
• Exact buying-power data — see the maximum amount a fan spent with another connected creator, average and maximum paid PPV, and the percentage of PPV offers they buy instead of relying on a vague score.
• Online Top Spenders — surface fans who may show zero spend with your creator but already spend heavily with other connected creators and are online now.

Refund policy

AgencyKey is offered to agencies and creators for professional or commercial use. This policy covers AgencyKey charges, not fan payments, refunds, or chargebacks on OnlyFans.
Full refunds: A full refund is available for a duplicate AgencyKey charge, an incorrect amount or creator pricing tier, a charge made after renewal was cancelled before the renewal date, or confirmed AgencyKey-caused unavailability of core functionality that is not restored within 3 business days. If only part of a charge is incorrect, we refund the difference and leave the valid part in place.
Accidental renewal: A creator renewal is fully refundable when you send a complete request within 48 hours after the charge and there was no paid use for that creator after the charge. A full refund ends that paid period immediately.
Service unavailability: For confirmed continuous AgencyKey-caused unavailability, compensation is 1/30 of the affected creator's latest 30-day subscription charge for every complete 24 hours. Submit an unavailability claim within 14 days after the incident. If core functionality is not restored within 3 business days, you may request a full refund of the latest affected creator subscription charge. Partial downtime compensation does not shorten the paid period.
Unused paid agency balance: Unused paid balance may be returned after outstanding amounts are settled. Promotional credits, bonuses, and trial value are not cash-refundable and are treated as used before paid funds. The refundable remainder is calculated in USD. An external return goes to the original payment method where available, or to a verified crypto address on the same network. We deduct only actual payment-provider, conversion, or network fees; AgencyKey adds no separate refund fee.
How refunds are delivered: An approved amount is first credited to your AgencyKey balance. You may use it for other creator subscriptions or request an external return. Duplicate-charge corrections, price differences, and partial downtime compensation do not end access. A full renewal or subscription-period refund does.
Deadlines and processing: We review a complete request within 5 business days and process an approved external return within 10 business days after the destination is verified. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Romania. Duplicate and incorrect AgencyKey charges have no special 14-day contractual cutoff; applicable legal limitation periods still apply.

Include your AgencyKey agency email, affected creator, charge date, amount, time zone, reason, and—for a crypto top-up—the asset, network, and public transaction hash. Never send wallet secrets, passwords, verification codes, or session credentials.
Payment disputes and chargebacks: While a payment dispute is open, paid outgoing operations corresponding to the disputed amount may be restricted temporarily. If that balance was already used, it may be recorded as outstanding. Access is restored after resolution and settlement of any confirmed outstanding amount. A chargeback alone does not cause an automatic lifetime ban.
The AgencyKey price shown before a charge is the final AgencyKey product price. Applicable taxes and third-party payment, conversion, or network fees are separate where relevant. Nothing here limits mandatory rights under applicable law.
