About Creating a new Facebook BM account

For new BM, Meta is very strict. I recommend carefully reviewing any previous notifications to understand the reason before creating another one

to bypass this, create the BM using an aged personal profile with strong trust history, use a clean residential proxy, and make sure the email domain you use for the BM matches your company info

New BMs get instantly restricted because your personal profile lacks trust or your IP,device is blacklisted from previously banned accounts fix this by using an aged, ID verified profile on a clean 4G network, or simply purchase a pre reinstated BM directly.
 
This usually isn't about the BM itself—it's about trust signals.
Common reasons include using a new Facebook profile, suspicious IP/device, inconsistent account information, or creating multiple BMs in a short time. Build up your profile first, use a consistent device and network, enable 2FA, and avoid rushing the setup. A little account history goes a long way.

Currently, creating a Business Manager (BM) in the usual way will not work. Trying to create one will only waste your time.
 
Because Facebook's automated scanning system is tightening its controls against fake accounts, I recommend using a long-standing, verified Facebook account, operating on a 4G network and a new browser to recreate your Business Manager (BM), or submitting a written appeal through the Account Quality section.
