The pattern a lot of operators land on: use the mobile/residential IP for the riskiest moment (creation and early warming, where the platform scrutinizes new accounts hardest), then park the account on its own dedicated static ISP IP for ongoing use where speed and a consistent IP matter more than raw trust. If the platform you're targeting isn't aggressive about it, a dedicated static ISP per channel alone is often enough and much easier to run.

On the email question — Google isn't banning by your phone's MAC address. MAC addresses are local-network only; they never leave your router, so Google's servers never see them. What people are usually running into is a mix of IP reputation, device fingerprinting, and phone-number verification limits.

It depends on your use case. For long-term account management, static residential/ISP proxies are usually better because the IP stays consistent.

But the proxy is only one part — browser fingerprint, device settings, and account activity also matter. A clean residential IP with proper management usually works better.

If you want to manage multiple accounts then i would prefer you to give the priority on stability over constantly changing setups. For google accounts, you have to focus on google's policy.
