Iam not sure if it helps to rank and keyword or website, but it surely helps the users to identify the useful page and search engines can easily crawl.Hi everyone,
Do you have any recent experience with whether placing important content links in the footer — in addition to the main menu — helps with rankings on an otherwise average-strength website, or does it have no added value?
Thanks in advance!
as far as i m concerned, footer links can be acceptable in case they serve some purpose, although i do not see them boosting the rank of a page on their own. if the page is important, then i would make sure that there is also an appropriate link to it from rellated articles or categories.Hi everyone,

Footer links can help, but I wouldn’t expect them to create a major ranking boost when the same pages are already linked from the main menu.Hi everyone,

IMO, adding major links to the footer usually won’t give much extra ranking value. instead use footer for site wide navigation and build stronger internal links from relevnt content where they make contxtual sense.Hi everyone,
