I'm still waiting for a response.
I paid you $60 for a BM so I could transfer my own accounts into it. The BM was disabled almost immediately after I started using it. When I asked for a refund, you refused and instead offered me a one-time replacement.
At this point, I no longer want a replacement. Your refund policy in your sales thread is clear: if the account gets disabled, you're supposed to issue a refund. I only had the BM for around 6 hours before it was disabled, so this clearly falls under your own refund policy.
Please refund the $60 as stated in your sales thread. I'm simply asking you to honor the policy you advertised.
Update: Refund received. I was understandably frustrated after waiting without a response, but the seller eventually came online and processed the refund. Communication could have been quicker, but I appreciate that he kept his word and resolved the issue. Respect for that.
