Have you considered using target scraping and inviting users from competitor groups? If you filter the audience carefully to ensure they are active and relevant, it can be a very effective way to grow a niche community. Quality over quantity is key here.

I haven't used any bots. They are way too much hassle than it appears from the outside

I totally get that. Setting up bots, managing proxies, and avoiding bans can be a real headache if you're doing it yourself without proper experience. Telegram inviting is quite complex these days. However, many people prefer to use 'invite-as-a-service' providers who handle all the technical mess on their end. It saves time, though finding a reliable provider is a whole different story.
