Has anyone here used Telegram ads via PropellerAds, AdsGram, or similar networks to grow channel members?

How was your experience in terms of quality and retention?

I have used PropellerAds. But the quality of the output is very low. You can try Telegram Official Ad Panel. Its very effective and easy to target your audience.

I haven't used any bots. They are way too much hassle than it appears from the outside

In my case my experience is totally different. I ran ads on telegram, and tried to run same ad on adsgram, but the mods on adsgrm didn't approve my ads.

i had a sales/account manager who kinda helped me with moderation on adsgram and she suggested to change a few things to help pass a moderation

maybe contact their support or smth if u still want to try it, my guess they will be interested to help u
