I do not recommend doing business with this seller.
This was my first time renting a Facebook ad account from him. I topped up the account with $200 (he initially wanted $500, and I'm glad I didn't send more).
The account was disabled during the ad review process before I was even able to run a single ad. He admitted he had given me an account with no previous spending history and promised to replace it with another one.
His last message (yesterday) was: "I send link invite bm." Since then, he has completely disappeared. I have repeatedly asked for a refund of my $200 top-up, but he has ignored every message.
Very unprofessional experience. If something goes wrong, don't expect support or a refund.
Stay away.

update: I finally received a refund. I would never recommend working with someone like this under any circumstances. Absolutely unprofessional and a truly awful experience.
