some thoughts of mine regarding OFM chatting... hope i will open some eyes here... that's why we have COMPLETELY switched to AI chatting. We don't use chatters anymore. It is a never ending circle, a trap.

never-ending loop:
chatter acquisition > filtering > training > hiring > retention > chatters quit to start their own agency/manage models

agency owners: "ok yeah but with 3rd world underpaid workers my costs are a bit lower"

me: "you're paying a bit less in dollars. you just haven't noticed the other currency you're bleeding"

the time lost talking to chatters directly. or if you're bigger, to the chat managers, the supervisors, the trainers you hired to talk to the chatters. the mental load of quality control across people who don't care about the account like you do. you are actually paying in "mental health currency"

and trust me, mental health is the worst currency to pay in.

you NEVER recover completely from mental health issues. something that breaks and then gets fixed will never be the same with something fresh and new without issues

mental health currency > $ currency

which one you pick?

the problem here is, if you prefer to pay in mental health currency, the $$$ also slowly go down with you not even realizing.

thank me in the future.

Hello Sir! are you still hiring chatter? I really need a job XD

Dropped from $6k a month on chatters to sixty bucks when we automated the whole chat pipeline in December, and honestly the relief isn't even about the money. It's never dealing with someone calling in sick on a Saturday again or asking for an advance two days after payday.

The staffing side makes sense, but I’m curious about the revenue side. After switching fully to AI, did PPV conversion and average spend stay about the same? And do you let it handle whales on its own, or does a human take over those chats?
