ok but like — when they say shorts help with reach and long videos help with watch time, how do you actually ballance both without burnning yourself out?? cause that's literaly double the content to produce and if your editing skills also need to be "excellent" on top of that… like where do beginers even find the time for all of this
Everybody thinks about subscripition way too early, yet the actual purpose is to create something that makes people come back. In my opinion, at the 1st stage of work, I would try out different things to figure out what really works for ur audience. Sometimes a video that will make people come back again will be more beneficial than some random viral video.
