Google ads Campaigns Disapproved due to financial services

Hello guys, my ads was working fine without any issues, until today, all my ads gets Disapproved due to financial services disclosures, i have tried to add a disclaimer on my landing page footer, but nothing works.
Please if you faced this before, share your recommendations on how to solve it

Appeal it, you get an option when ad gets approved you can appeal from there.
 
Tried to appeal but, appeals failed, im targeting UAE countey
 
Add two page with title Disclosure/Disclaimer(Important) and Unsubscribe(not necessary) similar to T&C and Privacy in Footer (You can add a paragraph about what your website provide on each page in between end of page and footer).

This may help as this page discloses everything about that whether you are a lender or not, you will receive affiliate commission, rates and all are just for display purpose etc and they try adding a campaign, might get approved. Not 100% guarantee.

This is just an example but you can make disclosures as per finance services you provide. Example BHW.png

Are you still facing same issue, let me know if you need any help to approval from google...
 
I had a similar issue before and check the financial service policy requirements and make sure all required information is clearly added on your landing page and also if everything is correct try requesting another review and also for appeal.
