No. It's just that you don't buy off randoms but trusted. Signal is as useless as wickr and might be useful for street level deals where police might be involved, not IM.

It's not really a deterrent except in small instances, but I can buy as many fake IDs as I want, as can anyone who has a nefarious connection, that will pass without any issue.

It is 100% in my country to posses fake IDs.

In fact, it is a felony.

I'm not saying I bought them, I'm saying I could should I choose to go down that path.

Well I was referring to what google is referring to as phishing sites. Also using trademarks and something else like insane ROI.

I would only use fake ID to save my family or something. In life or death situation. For social media and IM there are workarounds. At least for now.

In Jan, I received a C&D email about abusing Facebook and Instagram from the Perkins Coie law firm. Unfortunately, I used my real information to register the domain because I didn't think I would be under their radar some days. In the email, they knew my information and asked me to shut down the site, answer them about the revenue, etc.
I decided to shut down the site and told them I did it. Then, they ask me a complete response to their questions in the following emails. That time, I chose to ignore them.
But in the last email, they listed some websites that do not belong to me and asked me to shut them down. Should I reply that I'm not the owner or keep ignoring them?

You can. If they aren't yours, then no risk providing them that information. What are the other websites they listed?

Did you tell them your revenue? What did they say once you did.
 
They being having a lot of problems with instagram maybe they are cooking something becuase they barely respond for facebook request and Instagram you get just ignored I believe once they stop cleaning the house people will start selling again without any problem.
