I think that one of the biggest mistakes that many newbies makes is thinking about their blogging activities as a competition in publishing rather than a process of learning. At the beginninng stage, the information you will get from the analytics of your fst posts is very useful, as it helps you understand what resonates with your target audience however, many people neglect it and continue producing their content regardless.

the mistake that i have made is trying to do too much at one time. this realization came after some time had elapsed when i realized that focussing on becoming an authority in a speciffic niche is far more effective than just producing random material. the knowledge of the audiience should be known from day one.

I wish I hadd spent more time improving my content instead of just publishing more posts.

Honestly, my biggest early mistake was focusing too much on design instead of content. I wasted weeks tweaking layouts when I should’ve just been writing.

The right search intent, proper article structure so when AI cite your site, people will click on , at least not be in a niche that's conquered by big media news sites + build topical authority which will have stronger signal on a seperate tld domain instead of subdomain or subfolder.

I really wish i had stayed focused on putting out high quality content in a steady way instead of running after every shiny new SEO trick, you know. I messed up branding for my first website. Changed domain twice and website name thrice. It screwed the social media handles and backlinks. Entire off page SEO became useless within a year.
