one thing i see people doing is deleting nd reposting pins that do not perform right off the bat. pinterest takes some time to learn nd to push out content. It is worked far better than chasing quick results to leave quallity pins live nd add new ones conssistently.
 
The biggest mistake I see is people giving up too early. pinterest can take weeks or even months before you start seeing consistent traffic even I also faced this poblem earlier.
