That's true, but there are many cases where Facebook doesn't allow you to appeal.

from what i have seen facebook has become much stricter with account reviews recently some genuine users have also experienced unexpected locks following the platform guidelines and keeping account activity consistent seems to reduce the chances but unfortunately the review process can still be slow

They are locking accounts at random, and this has only started happening recently.

I have noticed more people mentioning stricter enforcement recently Automated systems can sometimes make mistakes but policies also seem to be enforced more consistently now It is always worth keeping account information accurate and following the platform guidelines to reduce the chance of future issues

That's right; even if you use a new account, it will still get locked.

That's right; the temporary solution is still to use a different account.

With this type of issue, Facebook won't allow you to submit an appeal at all.

This is a permanent ban, and you cannot do anything about it, apart from creating a new account that is.

This is a permanent ban notification; it cannot be modified or appealed. You must have received prior warnings, right? I’ve lost a lot of accounts recently, too.

Yeah, I’ve noticed that too. It feels like the algorithms have become a lot more sensitive lately. Sometimes you get banned and it’s almost impossible to figure out what exactly you did wrong

That’s exactly the problem - in most cases, it’s unclear what specific violations occurred and why the account was blocked

I have definitely noticed they seem much stricter now Unfortunately recovering a locked account can be unpredictable even when nothing obvious was done wrong

Yes, they became stricter. I have seen multiple reports about banned accounts.
