I believe for nutra product without the certification is going to cause you problem and at the end account bans. Better is to look for high risk payment processor with cloaking

Adult nutra is a high-risk niche. Better is to go with a cloaking gateway; otherwise, everything will fail after a few transactions
 
If you're planninb to run ads for your compaign it's better to use cloaking ads. Payments gateway still be your issue for that go for high risk payment gateways
