I'm not not sure whether or not it's automatable, doing the screening organically spots the right accounts for long term bonding to generate cross functional post activity.
 
In my opinion, for sustainable traffic, post consistently, engage with niche accounts, build a personal brand instead of just spamming links.
 
To develop an effective account, you must first choose a clear topic, then post regularly and write engaging content.
