How to montize my (Watch to earn) Anime website

So I made a fully working anime streaming website, and I implemented a Yen (the currency) reward system. When a user watches an episode, a code randomly appears on the video. The code can then be redeemed to earn Yens based on the user's rank.

Anyway, I haven't been able to find a monetization model that generates enough revenue to pay the users, even if I make no profit, as long as there are funds for the users and for server maintenance. All ad networks pay very little, and payouts depend heavily on the user's country. I thought about launching my own crypto token, but that requires upfront capital (I'm a teenager, so I don't have much money).

Are there any ideas, websites, or methods that could help me monetize this site?

Oh, sorry for the confusion, It’s not live yet

I’m planning to launch once everything is fully ready and market it as a watch anime + get rewarded platform.

-sell a low cost monthly tier premium users get ad-free streaming and a permanent ×1.5 or ×2 multiplier on their yen earnings

-standard ads pay for views but cost per action which is cpa pays for results platforms like lootably or notik

-users can choose to complete a survey download a mobile game or sign up for a free trial to earn large amounts of yen instantly then you get paid real cash per completion which easily covers server costs and user payouts

If you are confident of getting good traffic, you can monetize through CPA marketing or monetized URL shorteners

Yes, I'm very confident about the traffic! I actually have a network of social media creators lined up for marketing, so I should be fine. The CPA idea is good, but my concern is that it isn't very stable or reliable for consistent income. As for monetized URL shorteners, they can be really annoying and I don't want to frustrate my users. If I do use one, I will probably limit it strictly to direct episode downloads
 
maybe put some banners offering plushes or dolls for hentai enthusiasts

Okay, you can test all the monetization methods and choose what you need.
 
It's not a good model. For shady niches like piracy, you should avoid leaving money trails. It's like challenging authorities to catch you.

You can create a rewards site or app and promote it through your site. It's still risky but an indirect footprint and gives you better opportunity to get CPA deals. Most CPA sites strictly avoid adult & illegal niches, so you won't find many options to promote on your anime site. Whatever you do, avoid leaving a money trail that connects the site to you.

Hey bro,

Watch-to-earn is tough to make work, especially with anime sites. Most ad networks pay very little and it becomes hard to cover both user rewards and server costs.

That said, some people still make it work by adjusting the model:

- Make the Yen rewards slower and harder to earn
- Add paid ranks or premium features that give faster rewards
- Mix in stronger ad formats carefully
- Try affiliate offers (VPN, merch, etc.) inside the site

Launching your own token is almost impossible without capital, so that’s probably not realistic right now.

The key is keeping the reward cost lower than what the ads + other income can cover. If you can control that, it’s possible to at least break even.

How much traffic and active users do you currently have?
