Looking for Virtual Card provider that supports instant card payouts (Long term)

Hi, probably a long shot, but I'm looking for someone who can provide bulk US debit cards/VCCs that can accept payouts from platforms that send money instantly to US debit cards. Even if they don't have many, if they can provide some then quickly & easily convert them to crypto, then it's still worth it imo.

The platform uses CoinFlow and doesn't always work with all debit cards, even if it can support them. For example, it won't even accept/add cards from Mercury, but I was able to add cards from Relay Financial, and even Rewarble, but the payout fails giving the reason, "Your Withdraw was Rejected by your Bank."

I'm well aware it's hard to get such cards but still trying to find someone. Ideally someone who has their own sources of US VCCs that we can try, or lots of fintech banks accounts. I'm trying to take advantage of an offer & scale up while it lasts. My profit margins here is kinda low ($5-$15), but I could consolidate funds together for withdrawals & figure out a way to make it worth it for both of us.

Most fintech banks like Mercury, Relay Financial, and Rewarble block incoming OCTs from crypto/P2P sources by default.
Their systems see the sender (a crypto off-ramp) and reject the transfer to protect you (and themselves) from money laundering.

Instead of trying to force a direct withdrawal to any of these you should use a card from Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Citibank etc.

Appreciate your input. It's not exactly a crypto off-ramp, rather a low-key pokemon card ripping/gambling site which might be worse. I was worried that's the case. Well, then I guess I'll need someone who has lots of real bank accounts with debit cards in different name.

These setups are usually unstable payment providers change rules often, so a reliable compliant option is usually better
