Legitimate, compliant tools (with limitations)
These can schedule posts to Facebook Pages and to Groups you manage/admin — but NOT arbitrary groups from arbitrary profiles:
Meta (Facebook) Business Suite
Free, official tool; can schedule to Pages and Groups you admin.
Hootsuite (Business/Enterprise)
Schedules Page posts; some group posting if you’re admin and Facebook allows it.
Buffer / Sprout Social
Similar limitations: Pages + admin Groups only.
SocialBee / Loomly
Good for Pages; group posting only where API allows and you’re admin.


Why the exact setup you want isn’t available
Facebook’s platform policies and API restrictions prevent third‑party apps from:
Posting to groups as personal profiles
Automating posting across multiple profiles not tied to a business identity
Mass posting without user‑approved group admin rights
Any tool that claims to do exactly what you described (200 profiles → 50 groups automatically) is almost certainly:

Interesting question I usually just schedule posts manually on my fanpage as well, but I’ve been thinking about trying some tools people recommend to see if they help streamline things.

Tools like RecurPost are officially approved by Meta and hence they are long term. Group Posting Pro is a hack and can get your groups banned. Any tool that does not register under your Business integration setting on your FB profile is unofficial and thereby risky.

Managing that many profiles is tough. I'd look for a platform that supports official Facebook APIs and team management features, but keep in mind that posting across hundreds of profiles can run into Meta's limits. Test with a small batch first to make sure everything stays stable.

With that many profiles, I'd be very careful—most tools no longer support that kind of automation due to platform policies.
