Telegram Bot for Messaging Pending Channel Join Requests

Hello,

I'm looking for a Telegram bot that can automatically send a custom message (written by me) to everyone who is currently in the Join Requests list of my own Telegram channel.

The bot should:

• Access the pending join requests for my channel.
• Send each requester a private message with the text I provide.
