Best way to grow a facebook group?

In the early stages, I'd focus on building an engaged community rather than just increasing member count. Invite people who are genuinely interested in the topic, post content that encourages discussion, and be active in related communities.

A smaller group with real engagement usually grows more sustainably than a large but inactive one.

What is your group's target audience? What is its purpose? Please clarify this.
 
You need to find the right target audience in the initial stage to increase acceptable engagement for a rapidly growing group. Posts and topics that spark discussion are always valued more highly than ordinary content.

I'd focus on making the group useful before trying to scale it aggressively. Invite people who are genuinely relevant to the niche, give them a clear reason to join, and use simple discussion-based posts to get the first members talking. Once there is some activity, recommendations and organic discovery tend to become much easier.
 
Growing a new group takes time I d focus on posting useful content consistently and encouraging real discussions so people have a reason to stay inviting people who are genuinely interested usually works better than trying to grow the numbers too quickly it is a slow process but it feels more sustainable

When it comes to a Forex community, I would not put my efforts into recruiting as many people from other communities as possible bcz only a few of them would become active members of the community. It is neccessary to choose a particular niche to build a community and make the community truly valuable in the particular area. When it comes to niche marketing, it is possible for analysis to become the major reason for joining the community.
 
In the early days, I'd focus on starting conversations, not just posting content. A small group with active discussions grows much faster than a large group with silent members, and word of mouth becomes your best growth engine.
