Personal Facebook account vs Separate account for marketing?

Curious how others handle this, do you use your personal Facebook account for your online marketing ventures, or keep a separate profile? I’ve always preferred keeping personal and business completely separate.
In my opinion it’s always better to separate personal and marketing accounts.
A personal Facebook account should mainly be used for normal activity, friends, and daily interactions. Using it heavily for marketing can sometimes trigger restrictions if the behavior looks too promotional.
Many marketers prefer using a dedicated account for business activities (running ads, managing pages, joining marketing groups, etc.). That way if something happens, their personal profile isn’t affected.
It’s basically about risk management.

Personal accounts are for friends and everyday life, while marketing should be managed more easily and professionally using a separate Page or Business Manager, reducing risk if the account is restricted.

The only viable way long term would be multi-accounting. I guess in the end it’s also very much depending on the niche you’re in and what kind of promotions you’re doing.

Most marketers will use two separate accounts to protect their privacy.

I advise you should use them separately for safe purpose. You can use your personal account as a normal user, when you run ads, pls use BM account.

Separate Facebook Page for marketing purposes is way to go, while one personal account can be used for administrative and networking purposes.

I prefer a separate account or business page for marketing—it keeps your personal life private and builds a more professional brand.

choose different accounts for proper management. things will get mixed up if you use combined accounts

It is obviously your choice. It doesn't matter much.If you open your business page by using your personal account,it is totally fine. But keeping separate accounts will make your privacy strong.

I always keep them separate. A dedicated Facebook profile for marketing helps keep my personal life private, makes account management easier, and reduces the risk of mixing personal activity with business work. It also helps stay more organized when managing multiple pages, ad accounts, or client projects.

A separate account for marketing purposes can work better, and that's probably the coolest way to do so.
You cannot do impressive promotion while working on your personal account.
