Thank you so much for the reply! what makes these girls consider replying to my newly created Instagram page?
I have read the thread, and I have learnt a lot but that part still confuses me somehow which is why I thought I'd ask again.
That’s a good question, because a fresh IG page is usually the biggest problem with cold outreach.
The girl is not only reading your DM. She is checking your profile and asking herself: “Is this real or some scam/spam account?”
So the page needs to look alive before you expect replies. Simple branding, clear bio, normal posts, some proof of what you do if possible, real activity, not an empty page with a logo and 3 followers.
Also the DM has to feel personal. If it sounds like a copy-paste agency pitch, most girls ignore it instantly. Mention something specific about her content/profile and make the first message low-pressure. Don’t start with big promises, money claims, or “we can make you rich.”
The goal of the first DM is not to close her. It is just to make her comfortable enough to reply.
So basically: make the account look trustworthy, don’t look desperate, don’t overpitch, and target girls who already have a reason to care about growth/monetization. A new page can still get replies, but it has to look real enough that she doesn’t feel stupid replying.
I have read the first week and Im impressed. Its also easy to follow and very interesting to see what your thoughts are. Following.
Appreciate it mate
The first week was honestly the messiest part, but also probably the most useful because everything was still raw. Lots of testing, mistakes, doubts, and trying to figure out what actually matters.
Glad it’s easy to follow. I’m trying to keep the updates real instead of making it look cleaner than it actually was. Thanks for following along.
so 213 days of work just made you profit of $6,387 ? not so worth it a lot i guess , better to focus on others fields on same time .
No, that’s not total profit for 213 days.
The $6,387 is the revenue for that day only, not the total from the whole journey. I post daily numbers, so each update is showing what happened on that specific day.
Of course it’s not pure profit either, because there are splits, tools, time, and other costs. But the point is the business has grown from basically nothing to multiple thousands per day in revenue.
I agree it’s not for everyone though. If someone wants easy money or passive income, this is the wrong field. It takes a lot of boring work, testing, operations, and consistency before the numbers start looking worth it.
@praxxx213 pretty sure that $6k is his daily or monthly run rate, not cumulative over 213 days... if it was cumulative he wouldn't be hiring chatters and managing this level of volume lol.
@LyoonRO regarding the fresh IG page issue, they won't reply if it looks like a ghost town or one of those generic "we scale creators to 10k" agency templates. Honestly, nobody trusts those. You either need to build some basic social proof on the agency page first with actual marketing insights, or just use a well-curated personal account to make the initial connection. If you look like a bot or a spammer, you get ignored immediately. Keep the profile clean and look like a real person who actually knows traffic.
Yeah exactly, the $6k is daily revenue, not cumulative. Definitely not pure profit, but still daily numbers from that specific update.
And I agree with your point on the fresh IG page. The profile matters a lot before the DM even gets judged. If the page looks empty, fake, or like one of those copy-paste agency templates, most girls won’t take the risk of replying. A personal-looking account with some credibility can sometimes work better than a “professional agency” page that feels cold and generic. The main thing is trust. She needs to feel like there is a real person behind the message, not just another spam account promising huge numbers.
Basic social proof, normal activity, clean positioning, and a message that actually sounds personal makes a big difference.
Nice start
@shijin, but I’d keep AI in the backseat for the first part. Use it for drafts and organizing leads, yeah, but don’t let it write the whole DM because girls can smell that “agency template” stuff from a mile away.
Also 20-30 DMs/day is probably too low if you’re starting with zero proof. I’d rather do 80-100 shorter, more direct messages and track who replies, where they came from, what angle worked etc. Don’t burn the $600 on ads yet imo, spend first week figuring out which type of creator even answers you.
And be careful with AI promo content if you don’t have a model yet... can make the page look fake fast. Better to make your profile look like a real operator who understands traffic, not another “we scale creators” clone.
Yeah I agree with most of this.
AI is useful, but if the whole DM sounds like AI/agency copy, the reply rate dies fast. Girls get those “we help creators scale to 10k/month” messages all day, so anything that sounds too polished or generic gets ignored.
The first goal is not to look like a big agency. It is to look real, specific, and useful. Short message, clear reason why you’re reaching out, and something that shows you actually looked at her profile. On volume, I also think 20-30 DMs/day is low if you have no proof yet, but I’d still rather do targeted volume than random blasting. 80 quality DMs to the right type of creator is very different from 80 copy-paste messages to random girls.
And yeah, I wouldn’t burn early budget on ads before knowing who even responds. First learn the market manually: who replies, who flakes, who is serious, what type of creator is coachable, and what angle gets attention. Ads are only useful once you know what kind of lead you actually want.
