If I were you I'd run a small test: pick 2 or 3 programs, ask each AM which categories and GEOs are earning most right now (any decent AM will tell you), send a bit of traffic to each and compare after 60-90 days. On revshare that's the only ranking that counts, the one from your own numbers.
