Indexing your lowest tier is not what you should be doing. The lowest tier exists to help index everything else, and should come from sources that are already indexed, or have clear paths to indexation (internal linkage). This is why comments of all types are typically the favourite for the lowest tier.Been working on parasites > two-tier layered link building. Sometimes I push tier 2 with an indexer because I found that indexing the last layer helps get tier 2 indexed, and the top tier, which sends signals to the entire tier.
