I don't believe Monero will outpace Bitcoin for a long time.
Yes, there's no chance that monero will replace Bitcoin. The Montero project doesn't have enough backup to do it.I highly doubt it; it would take a very long time, and Bitcoin would have to reach its limit where no more can be created.
I think Monero has some really strong privacy features, but replacing Bitcoin is a huge challenge because Bitcoin has the biggest network liquidity and institutional adoption.In my opinion, Monero has the potential to replace Bitcoin in the long term.
Bitcoin is no longer truly anonymous and is subject to strict regulations.
Monero and Zcash are the only major cryptocurrencies that are currently still truly anonymous and can practically never be regulated.
Essentially, Monero is today what Bitcoin was in the 2010s.
