How long can a instagram video be?

Sir , what i have realized that you can make a video of 30-90 secs at least which leave good impression to audience but keep in mind every video should be a precise and clear message to give viewer with in 30-90 secs video.

i have noticed that people tend to remember videos that get to the point fast even though instagram allows for much longer uploads. i try to make the first few seconds interesting, keep the pacing fast nd finish before the content starts to get repetitiive. that has workked better for me than just using the max time that is available.
 
You can upload longer videos, but the best length depends on your content. Short and engaging videos often perform better.
 
Videos that are around 20-60 seconds long will have better quality.
