It seems like I need to create a new thread for BHW to approve and then continue to create the form to change the sales thread right

When you are filling out the Thread Edit Request form, the system asks you to enter the link to a revised thread posted in the Test Forum https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/test-forum.304/
That means you need to:
- Create a new, updated draft of your sales thread in the Test Forum.
- Copy the link to that draft thread.
- Paste that link into the field shown in your screenshot.
- Submit the form.
Once approved, the moderators will update your live Marketplace thread with the revised content.
You first create a new test thread with the changes you want, then attach that link in the form.

WEBP images are allowed as long as they are uploaded via BHW Media.

From what I can see the issue is mainly the font size, it's a bit too small in the design.
Try keeping the text larger and slightly bolder, and it should come out much clearer.

You've done that successfully; the issue, as explained, was that the images cannot contain bare skin or nudity.

Can we buy additional storage, or is there another process we should follow to increase our storage limit?

Your query clearly relates to another BHW account. When it's used correctly, and you're following the rules, your Media storage should be sufficient.

Yes, my boss asked me to look into this because we have been following the rules since then. The issue is that my boss has more than a decade of sales threads, and we’ve been posting twice or thrice a week. Even with compressed images uploaded via BHW, our remaining storage is no longer enough.
Is there any way to purchase additional storage, delete some old images, or any other solution you could recommend?

Keep in mind, if sellers are merely bumping the thread, use the attachment option and not the media. For media, everyone has 25mb and that's it. You need to baby it.
