well, I’ve been getting backlinks and stuff like that. I guess one have to put some kind of alerts in place so they get notices when an issue like this surfaces and fix it. I have never done plagiarism check on this site so that’s why!

Basically you can't get around it, you just have to make sure you website has better metrics and your articles got indexed first.

At first you have to generate a widget on the FeedWind setup page and just Paste the code snippet from the FeedWind setup screen into the HTML editor for that post/page, Save the page and publish your site , when you publish a new post the feed URL is the URL of the blog page with atom appended

I think you are overthinking the Pinterest thing. Copyscape sometimes flags your own pins because it sees the same text on different URLs, even if they point to your site. That is not a real issue for Google.

For the stolen content on other sites, just change your own text a little and move on. Chasing every thief is a waste of time unless they rank higher than you. Focus on building backlinks and fresh content.
