I would never skip mapping out a proper internal linking structure and building tight topical clusters right from day one. In the past, I used to just publish great content randomly, which resulted in a massive mess that took forever for search engines to fully understand and index. Intentional internal linking passes maximum authority between your pages and is the easiest way to rank newer content without relying heavily on external backlinks. :cool:
 
I'd never skip proper keyword research and site structure. Getting those right from the beginning makes everything else much easier later on.
 
I'd spend more time planning the site structure before publishing anything It seems much easier than fixing things later
 
For me, it would be proper keyword research and content planning before publishing. A clear site structure, search intent, and content strategy from the beginning can save a lot of time and prevent major SEO problems later.

Updating old posts and doing more internal linking.

In my case, I would never bypass an information architectuire check up of the website before publication. it is not only about knowinng what content you have to create but also ensuring that every piece of the content serves a purpose and has its place among the other topics of your site.
 
For me, the biggest thing would be building a strong site structure early. Good categories and internal links make future growth much easier.
 
I think getting the site structure right from day one saves a lot of headaches later. It's much easier to expand content when the categories and internal linking already make sense.
