Is Facebook still good for organic reach?

Yes, Facebook can still generate good organic reach, but the way to achieve it has changed significantly compared to the past.

Many people say organic reach on Facebook has dropped over the years.
For those managing pages or groups, are you still getting good organic engagement?
Traditional Page organic reach has tanked hard, but experienced pros still pull massive engagement by heavily focusing on Reels for non follower discovery, migrating audiences into high trust Groups, and optimizing content for via Messenger to trigger Meta's new AI Discovery Engine.

Organic reach is definitely harder now, but it is not completely gone. Good content that gets people to comment and share can still perform well, especially videos and groups. It just takes more effort than it used to.

Yes, but I think the type of content matters more now. Posts that start conversations usually perform better than simple promotional updates.

In contrast, organic reach on Facebook is currently very strong, but this applies to entertaining, high-quality content that keeps viewers engaged; promotional videos, on the other hand, often fail to gain traction organically, meaning you have to pay for advertising to get them recommended.
