From what I've seen the biggest triggers are sudden behavior changes, logging in from lots of different IPs, mass adding/messaging, and posting links too aggressively too fast. New accounts especially get flagged when they act "too active" too early, so warming up slowly and keeping activity consistent helps a lot. Also avoid reusing the same content or links across many accounts, that pattern is usually what gets picked up.
