Google News approved domains for sale

I have purchased a domain from this guy for 900+ USD. The domain has an issue, and the seller stopped responding to emails. Even though I am not asking for a refund, but just want tips to fix the issue.

He is no longer responding. Feel like I got cheated. Since no way to contact him.

Same issue happened with me they are just a scammers not replying if domain not working and in first place they say they will refund the amount
