For example, sourcing, quality control, negotiating with suppliers, or supporting foreign sellers who need someone in China to handle local issues. The demand for these areas is quite stable.

Being in China is actually a real edge most people here would love to have, you're sitting right next to the supply chain everyone else is buying from at a markup. From what I've seen the obvious plays are sourcing/agent work for foreign sellers, or private labeling products yourself and selling to Western markets where margins are way higher. Language is your moat too, being able to talk directly to factories and handle 1688/Taobao is a service a lot of dropshippers and Amazon sellers pay for. I'd lean into the thing you have that outsiders don't rather than chasing the same online gigs everyone worldwide is fighting over.
 
same opinion, it is very difficult to get a good job now. I wanted to try using AI to generate short videos. But if you want to using AI model, you need to pay for tokens. So my suggestion is try to find a job, even though this is not a decent or good job, but you can get the salary, and then you can use money to start a new way.
