I'd like to extend a warm BlackHat World welcome to our new in-house Forum Moderator @RedRoseBlackLace!
For those of you who watch the Forum Suggestions & Feedback section, you'll have seen a number of posts in the past few months about the amount of spam hitting BHW. Especially during certain time frames. While we have been working hard to try to stop the most annoying of the spam monkeys, we still have a lot of work to do. As the community team can attest, the spam has been taking up a load of our time.
In order to help us out, we've brought on RedRose to find, exterminate, annihilate and destroy the spammers. He's going to help provide 1st tier support so that we can get through our reports and queues quick and hopefully win the Community Team some time to focus on the fun stuff, like creating more engagement opportunities or rolling out the Experience Program.
RedRose has extensive knowledge of Xenforo (the forum software we use) as well as finding and getting rid of spam & spam accounts.
