I have seen the same pattern. While AI is becoming people first choice it has not made searching obsolete yet. It only means that websites must have some added value things that people do not get from just using AI nd r not readily availabble anymore.

In my opinion, the major shift is not the movement away from google but the search process that has become multi-stage. Users can find information via artificial intelligience and then verify it at the websites level. Websites offering first hand data and experience will have an advantage through both mediums.I have noticed that many people are using Chatgpt, Gemini and other AI tools to find answers instead of searching on google. If more people keep doing this then it can change the way we create the content and and where our website traffic comes from.
Have you notice any changes because of this or is google still bringing you more visitors ?
