Mobile proxy is the better choice for automating 5–10 Instagram accounts. It offers more stable IP management, easier scaling, and better support for multiple accounts than a real 4G SIM.

For 5–10 accounts, both work. A real 4G SIM is a good choice if you have one. Otherwise, use a good mobile proxy. The quality of the IP matters most.

Depends, if you are running several phones - mobile proxy, if one device and several accounts - sim card with mobile data.
 
If I had to choose, I'd lean toward a good mobile proxy—it saves you from playing "SIM swap champion" every day.
Whichever you use, consistency matters more than constantly changing IPs.
 
In case of 5 to 10 accounts, it is the issue of consistency rather than only IP types. Mobile proxies are easier to manage, while 4G SIM configurations could be more stable but much more complicated to manage. In addition, it is important to monitor how the accounts act and avoid any suspicious behavior..

Using a device in your current location is always best. But if you're managing an account that's not in your current location then you will have to use a mobile proxy. Be careful though. I would use at most five accounts per Sim or per proxy. Anything more than that you're significantly increasing the risk of Instagram detecting your automation
 
I would recommed using 4g mobile proxies when doing any automation actions because you dont want meta to assosicate any one ip address and device ID with sus activity such as mass likes, views, follows etc.

and you can easily use 5-10 IG accts on one android device with an app cloner just maake sure switch your IP with with 4g proxy before switching to different account to perform actions
