AI search results are answering more questions directly on the search page and because of this it feels like users are clicking fewer results even when those pages rank well.

People who still use parasite SEO have you noticed any change in traffic or performance since AI results became more common?

Certainly AI search is creating ripples but not putting an end to SEO methods. website which provides valuable content follow user intention and offer some value will always have more click throughs than any AI-generated summary can provide.

Yes, clicks are down because AI answers questions instantly. To survive, people now do parasite SEO on Reddit and LinkedIn. These sites still get traffic because users trust real people over AI.

I would definitely not starting any SEO project,,, Let people saying anything they want, but google's last 7 months updates destroyed SEO... If from 7 projects (Big projects) only one survived but it's loosing traffic no matter how good are backlinks and etc...

Parasite SEO works but nothing special, most likely you will get clicks from the parasite seo urls (like from reddit, quora, pinterest etc..) and this will work better than indexing and ranking itself from parasite SEO.

All these mega corporations must be regulated because with each update they make millions of new homeless people :D

I think AI search has definitely changed user behavior. Quick questions often get answered without a click so I have started focusing more on topics where people need detailed explanations or comparisons rather than simple answers.

It probably affects parasite SEO, if AI answers the question right away, fewer people have a reason to click through.

AI definitely reduced the clicks for most niches and stole almost all traffic from informational content. However, parasite SEO is a segment of overall market. It's influence and share remains the same. Reddit gave an unfair advantage to parasite pages over legit sites. However, most reddit pages are regular discussions and only a small percentage of them exploited the improved rankings. Overall, the parasite SEO is still thriving and maintaining its market share. The raise and fall of overall search market is a different issue altogether.

It depends on whether your parasite of choice is Reddit. For me AI mode just seems to be a glorified Reddit post summariser at the moment.

AI assisted search is changing the game, but the hunger for something more is even greater. answer lose their value faster but personal experienc, thoughtful dialogue nd innovative insight create meaningful engagement.

Seo is DEAD

I think it has become harder to get clicks now. Many users get their answers from AI summary. They don't even check the ranked website, so this can lowers the traffic.
So that's why content needs more value like real examples and detailed explanation rather than the basic answer.
