I’ve been checking out Doola and Wyomingllcattorney to get my LLC registered in the US. Doola seems pretty pricey compared to Wyomingllcattorney, which does the whole process for $299 (excluding taxes and financial stuff). I’m a non-resident, and I heard I need to file BOI reporting within 90 days—do I really have to? Also, when do LLCs actually pay taxes—monthly, quarterly, or yearly? Lastly, if anyone knows a cheap bookkeeping service that can manage my LLC finances, I’m all ears! I want to register my LLC in wyoming. Do I need to have ITIN number to pay taxes or EIN is fine?

I would recommend you to do it by yourself, those services are expensive, just create the Wyoming LLC by yourself. Also, if you are establishing a 1-member LLC (and you are a foreign citizen that lives abroad), you don't need an ITIN, just EIN

Do you have more experience with this, can I PM you?

Stripe does have an option for this as well but best option would be to do it yourself if possible.

All the best

How much does it cost to do it by self? Thanks.

in what cases do you think we need ITIN over EIN ?

I’m just quite confused about ITIN , SSN and EIN tbh .. I’m totally new to this …

SSN - Social Security Number - for USA citizens, generally assigned at birth
ITIN - Individual Tax ID Number - for those who don't qualify for SSN
EIN - Employer ID number - for all US based companies, regardless of your SSN/ITIN status

If you don't live in the USA, you only need an EIN for each of your USA-based companies.

Thank you for the best explanation ! Appreciate it :)
