You appealed but it was ineffective. Can you explain why your account was banned so that others can suggest effective solutions for you?

Temporary bans r not a new thing for me. The very first thing that comes to mind in this case would be checking ur Account Status for an explanatiion from Facebook as to what went wrong. If this was done in error file a request nd wait a little bit.
It could also be advisable to test if the problem is with the whole account or just videos. If other content types like pictures nd text posts r workking fine while videos do not then that will give us some clues on what could be causing the problem.

Check your Account Status and Support Inbox. If it's a restriction, you'll usually need to wait or submit an appeal.

please delete the post that violates facebook's policy in advance. in the meantime, you can try to use new profile to post, but need to check carefully about the content and image you use.
