This usually happens when Facebook detects unusual activity or a possible policy violation. I would suggest checking ur Page,Account status first, look for any warnings or restrictions nd request a review if u think it is a mistake. Also avoid repeated upload attempts until u know the exact reason as it can sometiimes make the issue last longer.

Rather than trying random troubleshootiing methods i will try finding out the cause of this restriction first. Facebook always gives reasons for such restrictions either in Account Status or in the email sent to me. In case of an error an appeal may be helppful.

Have you checked if facebook gave you a reason for the restrictions? Sometimes it is temporary and checking your account status and support inbox can help you understand what happened.

Check your account status to see if your account or Page has any restrictions and Submit a appeal and have to wait for Fb to review it.

Temporary bans r not a new thing for me. The very first thing that comes to mind in this case would be checking ur Account Status for an explanatiion from Facebook as to what went wrong. If this was done in error file a request nd wait a little bit.
It could also be advisable to test if the problem is with the whole account or just videos. If other content types like pictures nd text posts r workking fine while videos do not then that will give us some clues on what could be causing the problem.

please delete the post that violates facebook's policy in advance. in the meantime, you can try to use new profile to post, but need to check carefully about the content and image you use.
