Are we over automating everything?

It feels like every marketing workflow is being automated now with AI, bots and integrations.
But do you think we're starting to automate things that are actually better done manually?

Don't.think there is anything like over automating , as long as it works and is scalable and saves valuable time then it is just fine.
 
Lazy asses automate everything and sabotage themselves, it's amazing for hard workers still adopting a hybrid approach and take the effort to do some manual work
 
The real question isn't whether we're over-automating, it's whether people are automating the wrong shit. I've seen guys spend two weeks building a bot to post tweets when their offer is broken, and I've also run an entire agency on autopilot because I automated the stuff that actually repeats 500 times a day—so yeah, it depends if you're lazy or just efficient.
 
I mean, if you have the resources for it and it makes sense for how you operate, then sure, automate away. I can't say I completely share the sentiment, though. Still looks to me like most people automate either out of necessity or because. Sure, there are always people who overdo it, but nothing really of particular note.
But right enough, some tasks are better of done manually like making connections for one.
 
Automation saves time and boosts productivity, but relying on it for everything can reduce creativity and human judgment.

I agree.

Ive automated my hentai chrome tabs so that every time my PC is turned on it auto loads one of my favourite scenes.

Helps start my day.
 
I feel that too by using AI we lost our nature and mentality of working and creativity

The dficult part is the use of technlogy to automate tasks which involve human discretion. Leverage technology to do the mechanical tasks, enabling yourself to plan and make decisions. Automating the discretion aspect only increses the likelihood of underperformng.
 
AI is great for repetitive tasks, but things like building relationships and understanding context still need a human touch.
 
Certainly, especially in anything requiring judgments. While AI works perfectly in research and repetitive activities, strategic thinking, networking, and decision-making are areas where a human input is much more effective..
 
oh yeah Human touch always unique but due to AI boom we have to adopt them in our process.
