If we're not just talking about the traditional service and location pages, I would have to say using Ahrefs keyword finder and mixing that data with my AI to create long-form blog articles aimed at industry-related questions that also have high search volume and low levels of competition. This has allowed me to bring in some pretty big numbers, traffic-wise, and ultimately feed my EEAT data with Google, along with even landing some solid backlinks

Building topical clusters instead of standalone posts has worked best for long term growth. Google seems to reward sites with comprehensive niche coverage.
 
I am focusing on search intent instead of just adding more keywords and i'm getting better ranking.
 
I think technical SEO is more important than many people realize. After improving my site speed, fixing broken links, and making the website easier to use, I noticed better rankings over time.
 
What I have seen is that improvement of already existing webpages can yield quick results than always creating new webpages. Webpages which have some no of impressions but no or low click-throughs and improving them in terms of intent matching and structure can do wonders.
 
One thing that really helped was spending more time on keyword research. Finding low competition keywords with clear search intent has brought me steady traffic over time.
 
Another area where I have found success is by optimizing the pages which are close to being successful. Small tweaks such as making intent match more accurate and correecting old information on the page will sometimes yield better results than creating new content.

Creating high quality, topical content supported by relevant internal links is delivering the strongest SEO results right now.
 
Optimizing existing content instead of only publishing new articles has produced great results. Frequently, updating older pages results in constant traffic growth.

For me, the biggest improvement has come from focusing on search intent rather than just keywords. I've had better results by updating existing content, making it more comprehensive, and strengthening internal links between related pages. Pairing that with a few relevant, high-quality backlinks has been much more effective than chasing the latest SEO trend.
 
I feel like lately it's more about AI search optimization. Like to answer a search intent so the AI Search, Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT Search and Perplexity could work well. And if you make your SEO this way it won't look artificial cause you're just answering the question.
