In north african country Egypt has Amazon Marketeplace, I don't know the regulations you need to do. You need to register a local company, Trademark there, definitely, and then the second, most important part is the product research and finalizing a niche. Now, every country has different niches and different products work, so on that you have to work a lot. I would suggest, if you are interested in e-commerce, take any detailed course first related to that specific country. That will give you an idea. Explore that in detail, finalize a few niches, and then decide.
This brand, which we launched is in Amazon USA for Now. We will be expanding to EU marketplaces later.
The total budget until now that we have spent on this brand is $30,000, and it totally depends on which niche we are going in. If one product has less sales, the product could be launched even for $5,000-$10,000. The same: if the product has high sales and high competition, the same product could be $40,000-$50,000 or even $100,000. It totally depends on the market demand, competition, and other multiple factors. Do that research and then decide.
Yes, you can create a U.S. Marketplace seller account from North Africa on personal details, and later on you can update them to U.S. LLC.im not from egypt , and dont wanna sell to north africain market even , I can sell to usa marketplace I guess as seller account from north africa ?

Everything is remote. For Amazon FBA business you don't really need to visit anywhere. For all the fulfillments, we use the Amazon FBA, so Amazon does our fulfillment. I never recommend the FBM model. Are you physically located in the US or doing everything remotly ?

@Jubbly SEO You wouldn't believe I selected this product around two years back while just doing regular product research. Just seeing that only a few sellers were selling and that the competition was not that high on Amazon. I discussed it with my Friend now partner but still It took us almost more than one year, just by procrastinating: "Let's do that," then we called the samples from 5 different Suppliers. We decided to do this business as a 50/50 partnership with a total $20,000 investment, which end up on 30-K $ unitll now and we finalized five different products not only this one.Following this journey with interest. I'm curious how you selected your first product and validated demand before investing. Looking forward to seeing the progress and any lessons you learn along the way over the coming updates
