Getting views means ur content is being shown by Facebook nd that is a good start. I would try to make the first few seconds more interesting nd then end with a simple questiion to get people to comment. Time helps. Consistency and trying new things generally helps.

If you want to improve, don't just make one way educational videos. drop a question to spark debate right in the first 5 seconds, and make sure to manually reply to every single comment to seed engagement. once the Meta algorithm sees the buzz, it'll automatically push up your interaction
