Check if your account has any restrictions in account status. If it does, sometimes the only option is to wait it out and avoid posting too aggressively for a while.
 
Please check your account to see if it's still active.

check your account status first. if you have restriction then you have to wait to expire that. or you can contact with meta support team
 
Have you received any restrictions or warnings? Often, if you are unable to post, it is because you posted too much content at once and have been temporarily restricted; please try posting again tomorrow.
 
Try looking through your page settings and notifications first there might be a reason shown there.

I contacted the support team but they said I was restricted to 30 days, which is very disappointing.

Perhaps that's why they restricted me to 30 days, even though I filed an appeal, but it was useless.If you have another solution that might help me...
 
First, check your Account Status to see if your account or Page has any restrictions. If there are no clear violations, submit an appeal and wait for Facebook to review it. In many cases, these are only temporary restrictions and will be removed after a while
 
Please check if your account has been locked or restricted from posting by facebook

Check if your Facebook account violates Facebook's community standards.
 
There could be two reasons: either you posted content that violates policies, or your account is currently restricted. Please check the "Account Status" section for more details.
 
Check you content whats the violation. without known violation you cant find solution.
 
check account status/support inbox first, usually tells you exactly which restriction and for how long

checking your Account Status for any restrictions. If everything looks fine, update the app, avoid repeated uploads, and submit an appeal if needed.

Check ur Account Status or Page Quality in order to learn y this restriction has been imposed on u. If there is an option for u to appeal then state ur case clearly. Also, do not keep uploadding as this may further complicate matters for u.
