Pay: €30/day for the first 2 weeks. The first 2 weeks are a trial period to see if you can successfully find deals, negotiate well, and help the business become profitable. After the trial period, payment will be €210 per week paid every Friday evening (UK time).

The start time for this job is next Monday 13th Of July.

Once the business is consistently making over €545 profit per week, you'll also receive 33.33% of the profits above 545 that weeks a performance bonus.

I'm looking for someone who wants to make money, is good at negotiating, and is willing to put in the effort.

This is an independent contractor role where you'll manage the online side of my flipping business. I will handle receiving items, checking quality, packing, and shipping. You'll handle finding deals, communication, and online sales.

You will be buying items mainly from Northern Ireland marketplaces such as Gumtree, Depop, Vinted, Facebook Marketplace, and other sites. Items will usually be purchased in GBP (£) and then sold in the Republic of Ireland in EUR (€) through platforms such as Adverts, Depop, Vinted, Facebook Marketplace, and other selling platforms.

A big part of this role is dealing with people. You will text sellers, buyers, and people who waste your time or refuse to do things the way we need. You need to stay calm, patient, and professional with everyone. Even when dealing with idiots, you need to keep a cool head and always reply with positive, friendly texts. Losing your patience will destroy our reputation and can lose good deals, so emotional control is important.

You'll be texting buyers and sellers from my accounts through screen sharing, so your English needs to be excellent and natural. People should feel like they're texting with someone from the UK or Ireland.

You won't need to verbally speak. This role is completely text-based.

You will need to work around 5–8 hours per day and be available to message people during UK hours,(Not too late where they would be annoyed at a message) so please keep this in mind if you are located in a different time zone.

How you should work:​

I don't want someone who needs every single step explained. I'm looking for someone who can take ownership, search marketplaces daily, spot opportunities, and actively look for ways to increase profits.

You should enjoy finding bargains and negotiating. The amount of effort you put into finding deals will directly affect how much money the business makes.

You will send me a daily report showing:

• Deals found
• Sellers contacted
• Negotiation updates
• Items purchased
• Profits
• Any problems or updates I need to know about

All purchases must be approved by me before payment is made. Your job is to find opportunities, negotiate the deal, and send me the details so I can approve and pay.
